Curbside Delivery

Delivery terms are curbside delivery Monday - Friday.  All product will be lowered and placed curbside using a liftgate and pallet jack.  Our products are delivered on trucks that can be up to 50 feet long so they are not authorized to drive onto property.  If your location doesn't have a flat, paved space, please get in touch with customer service.  Make sure your shipping information is correct prior to placing your order as it can not be altered after the order is placed.

Inspect Your Order

Inspect your order ensuring product name and quantity matches your order.  Quantities are based on how many square feet and/or linear feet are ordered.  In addition, our products are fragile and there may be breakage, but that is okay and normal.  Industry standard is up to 10% but that doesn't mean product can't be used.  During installation most material will need to be cut so any broken pieces should be used then.

Note Any Damage or Missing Items

The driver will present you with a delivery ticket.  Should there be missing product please list details on the ticket prior to signing.  We will also need pictures of pallets and product so that we can file a claim with the freight company if necessary.  There can be broken pieces however, it should not exceed 10% of the order.

Sign Delivery Slip

It is important to sign delivery ticket and accept delivery even if there is missing or damaged product above the 10%.  If product is not signed and accepted then we will not be able to assist with any claim with the freight carrier or manufacturer.  We know getting started with your project is important so these details will help speed up any issues.

We ship nationwide.  Orders arrive in approximately 5-15 business days however, due to the impact of COVID delivery dates are estimates only.  Many products have lead times, contact customer service if you have questions about any lead time concerns. 

Request for claims for missing or damaged product must be made within 48 hours of receipt of your order. However, if you sign for the product without noting any missing or damaged items on the paperwork we cannot file a claim for you.  Zenbuild.com is not responsible for any labor costs related to handling, installing or uninstalling items purchased or project delays.
